We have been debating for a long time whether or not we wanted to be a member of a professional organisation. It was hard to us to find the perfect association that we respected and matched our views on photography in general.... Until we found the Wedding Photojournalist Association! The WPJA is a professional organisation that includes the "most talented professional candid wedding photographers in the industry." Membership is only granted to those who have a pure documentary approach to weddings and depends entirely on meeting their high standards of inclusion.

"Leading the way in Wedding Photojournalism, WPJA represents the most discriminating talent around the world, technically, creatively, and visually. Qualified members hold industry-leading standards, skills and business integrity."

Dennis was very honored to be accepted into this organisation last month. 

And more good news! Every quarter they hold competition. This was the very first competition we have ever entered in our whole life (preferring to spend the time nurturing our clients). Dennis won FIRST PLACE in the toasting category!! What a success! We are very pleased! I knew that Dennis was a good photographer, but to get first place in a competition of the best of thousands of photographers all over the world. WOW!
