Ruth and Jay Dewar

28 April 2007

Autumn has finally arrived and the last of the green is being driven from the leaves.  The smell of wood smoke reminds you that it's time to bring along your winter coat and the pace in Queenstown is finally relaxing after the craziness of the summer.  Alright, enough scenic literature... Ruth and Jay's wedding was a lot of fun and so different from any of our other weddings this season - but then I say that every time don't I? Nevertheless, I sincerely believe that each wedding is incomparable; that fact is unavoidable when you have different combinations of people and personalities.  Ruth and Jay had some great support from family and friends and the day was completely free of stress.  Now how about Ruth's dress?  Jaime reckons it's her favorite of the season and while I remain impartial - I must confess it was pretty lush.
